We are in need of a Service Manager for one of our busy dealerships. Under the direction of the General Manager and Fixed Operations Director, the Service Manager will own the job duties listed below:

We are in need of a Service Manager for one of our busy dealerships. Under the direction of the General Manager and Fixed Operations Director, the Service Manager will own the job duties listed below:
Responsibilities
- Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them
- Monitors and controls the performance of the department using appropriate reports, tracking systems, and surveys
- Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
- Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees
- Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations
- Prepares pricing guides and maintenance menus for frequent labor operations
- Facilitates and/or conducts technical training
- Monitors and follows up on parts orders with parts manager
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers
Requirements
- Chrysler certified preferred
- High CSI and ESI
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-Oriented
- Excellent communication skills
