GENERAL LABORER - LOT HELPER

Ewing Bros. Inc. is the oldest and largest family-owned Truck Repair Shop, Body Shop, and Towing Company in Las Vegas. We are currently searching for a reliable, technical, good-natured full time lot helper to join our North Las Vegas tow yard team located at 2201 N Commerce St., North Las Vegas, NV 89030.

Responsibilities :

As a General Laborer / Lot Helper at Ewing Bros. Inc. Towing, your role will be crucial in maintaining the organization and functionality of our tow yard.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to :

Arrange and manage the layout of items within the tow yard to maximize space and accessibility with the site manager’s direction.

Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the tow yard is tidy, safe, and organized.

Must be able operate commercial vehicles.

Must be able to use power tools that are necessary to break down metal frames, i.e., bus frames, car frames, etc. These tools could include but are not limited to, angle grinder, circular saw with metal blade, metal shears, torch, hacksaw, band saw, and all other tools as needed.

Must be able to haul goods from the receiving area.

Must maintain a clean work environment.

Basic Qualifications :

High School diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for insurability

Must be able to read, write, and speak the English

Must have basic math skills, addition, subtraction, and multiplication

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions required.

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.

Excellent hand eye coordination.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
