LOCATION: District Administration Building
Ewing Public Schools announces an employment opportunity for a Confidential Assistant to provide support to the Human Resources Department. This position also serves as the receptionist to our District Administration building.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma is required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a confidential secretarial role or similar role in a Human Resources department is preferred.
- Possess a high level of knowledge of computer systems and technology including word processing, spreadsheets and data entry and retrieval.
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work for quality.
- Knowledge of office procedures, phone protocols and office equipment.
- Exhibits a personality that demonstrates strong interpersonal skills to relate well with staff, students, administration, parents and the community.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must meet all legal, health requirements and physical demands, including criminal history background check, as set forth by State Law and/or the Board of Education.
