Position Overview
Operations will own the planning, execution, and coordination of cross-departmental projects. Working closely with the VP of Operations, Operations Manager, and Special Projects Manager, this role ensures alignment across teams and facilitates smooth communication and efficient execution of complex initiatives. This is a high-impact role that requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who excels at managing competing priorities, driving accountability, and delivering results.
Job Duties
- Project Ownership Lead end-to-end project management for multi-departmental initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, aligning efforts with strategic goals.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration Facilitate coordination between departments to ensure seamless communication and resource sharing.
- Act as the central point of contact for project-related updates, risks, and dependencies.
- Risk Management & Problem-Solving Identify potential roadblocks early and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with the Special Projects Manager to assess risks and integrate continuous improvement practices.
- Change Management Integration Partner with the Operations Manager to ensure projects are equipped with robust change management strategies.
- Drive adoption of project outcomes through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor project performance, providing regular updates to the VP of Operations and other stakeholders.
- Use data and metrics to evaluate project success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira) and experience using data to drive project decisions.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
