Our client is a well-established Home Health organization. They have a current opening for a Patient Care Manager for their Home Health location in Salinas, CA . Medicare Home Health experience as an RN is required. Supervisory experience strongly preferred but may consider a strong case manager / field nurse ready to step into a management role.
