Salary : $42,000 - $45,000 DOE Commissions
Shift : Mon – Fri, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
Location : Albany, OR (THIS IS NOT A REMOTE OR HYBRID ROLE)
The Business Development Specialist(BDM) is an outside sales position and a key piece to growing our business.This could be an exciting opportunity for someone who is not afraid to getoutside & find new customers, is confident in their ability to buildrelationships, and ready to grow their career.
What you’ll be doing :
The primary focus is identifyingand developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients,and achieving sales targets. This involves traveling to meet clients, addressingclient objections and providing solutions.
Developand maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
Maintainaccurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.Track and report on sales activities and results.
