Examinetics is hiring a Program Development Coordinator to join our growing team! This is a full time role based on site at the Overland Park, KS office reporting to the Manager, Program Development.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Program Development Coordinator will collaborate with client companies, sales, operations, and program implementation to develop safety and occupational health programs to keep clients in compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations at the local, state, and federal levels, including OSHA, MSHA, FRA, DOT, EPA, and other relevant agencies.
- Advise corporate safety, HR and risk teams to determine and address gaps in their current occupational medical and injury management programs and develop tailored solutions needed to satisfy regulatory compliance standards associated with applicable hazard exposures
- Work collaboratively with plant level leadership to collect and document information needed to determine hazard exposure and confirm services and delivery methods needed by each individual facility
- Assist in the development and delivery of training that supports the programs
- Oversee the orientation process which includes the proper utilization and ordering of services
- Possess an understanding of regulatory agencies, stay informed on latest safety and health industry trends and research when necessary
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development in the occupational medicine field
- Review and apply standards set forth in a Union’s Collectively bargained agreement
- Assist existing clients if they have updates or changes to their program
- Coordinate third-party vendors to provide critical information required to develop compliance programs (e.g. industrial hygiene, ergonomics)
Job Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience
- 1 years of work experience in either occupational medicine, safety, HR, industrial hygiene, or related positions
- Basic knowledge of OSHA / MSHA / FRA regulations, EPA regulations, HR considerations, and other relevant EHS standards
- Experience assisting the development and implementation of successful programs and initiatives preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Willing and able to travel domestically less than 10% annually

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences
