Position : Product Manager with PRM and Salesforce Exp is Mandatory

Location : Remote

NOTE : candidate is responsible for sales technology and leads the partner and incentive management space. He is building a centralized third-party platform to create a connected experience, consolidating all interactions in one place. Partner relationship management is relatively new to Intuit, and he needs to accelerate delivery velocity by defining the roadmap, vision, and strategy.

His current scrum team consists of eight members and is expected to grow over time. Since he is unable to hire full-time employees, he is looking for contractors for long-term engagements of two to four years. He plans to start with one contractor, with the possibility of expanding to two.

Candidates based in Mountain View or Toronto following a hybrid model but is open to flexibility as long as there is good overlap between ET, CT, and PT time zones. He is looking for strong product management expertise with depth of experience.

The highest priority is PRM domain knowledge, including enabling and training partners, understanding partner personas and types, and familiarity with Salesforce and its processes. Salesforce PRM experience is a plus. A strong grasp of business processes, core processes, and customer empathy is also essential.

The interview process includes an initial discussion followed by a second round with an engineering manager. There may also be a third round involving a case study.

Required Skills :

8 years designing and delivering world-class enterprise partner platforms or software products as a Product Manager

Hands-on experience with PRM (partner relationship management) tools and core functionalities including partner onboarding, enablement / training, engagement / adoption, incentive compensation, and analytics.

Extensive experience administering and configuring Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects would be a strategic asset

Proven expertise in managing Salesforce integrations with various third-party tools using APIs and integration platforms.

Experience successfully implementing and managing technology delivery by working cross-functionally with partner, sales, enablement, ops, finance, customer service, and technology teams, demonstrating both influence and stakeholder management.

Strong understanding of data structures, data migration, and data management.

A strong leader, skilled at storytelling and communication with a proven ability to credibly drive conversations with senior leaders.

Excels in driving cross-functional teams and leading initiatives across an organization involving multiple product teams.

Experience with Agile development and methodologies.

A strong sense of urgency to help customers through the ability to identify insights and deliver a quality, innovative experience quickly.

Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) is a plus.

Responsibilities :

This role will include collaborating with users, engineering, and other stakeholders to develop and manage a roadmap and measure impact, adoption, and engagement.

Demonstrate thought leadership and drive strategic direction for Sales Technology capabilities.

Own the product planning, prioritization, and roadmap activities for your domain.

Use data to drive decisions and define the metrics that measure and monitor your goals.

Establish mechanisms to gain a deep understanding of a partner's needs, self driving some of your own customer research.

Drive and coordinate execution against plan, anticipating risk, and leading discussions via frequent, clear communication, both internally and with dependent technology teams.

Work with the Go-to-market teams to execute the strategy, vision, and prioritization of products / features across our Sales technology and support them in meeting their strategic business outcomes.

Ensure product requirements and user stories represent customer needs and define work meaningfully, including clear acceptance criteria and considering dependencies on other stories and / or initiatives.

Able to engage with and influence Senior Leadership effectively.

Education :

BA / BS required, MBA preferred
