Job Description
Excal is seeking a detail oriented full service bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities: processing hourly weekly payroll, quarterly payroll tax preparation, A/R, A/P, and other general bookkeeping duties. Work with Controller to facilitate timely month end closing process.
Qualifications: Previous bookkeeping experience a must. Accounting related degree a plus. Proficiency in accounting software (Sage), ERP software, and Microsoft office suite. Must be willing to work at least one weekend per month.
Benefits: Fully Vested 401K with 4% match. Health Insurance with low deductibles, optional HSA. Up to 3 weeks of paid vacation. Fully covered Dental, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance. Optional benefits: Vision, Life and AD&D Insurance.
