Assist manager in scheduling and dispatching equipment deliveries and pick-ups. Duties include handling incoming calls for service, communicating ETAs to customers, sending drivers work assignments. Communicate daily with drivers, manager and the sales team.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Taking incoming calls from drivers
- Determine the response needed for all situations
- Review completed work daily for accuracy
- Handle customer concerns regarding delays and deliveries
- Record and maintain records of calls and dispatches
- Assist in rescheduling of dispatches that were not completed
- Assist Branch Manager in daily functions of business.
Abilities Needed:
- Mechanical knowledge of light towers, telehandler forklifts and man lifts.
- Organized and dependable, able to handle varied and shifting priorities
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate problem solving skills
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Exercise sound judgment and common sense
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate basic math computation proficiently
