This is two jobs in one: an HR manager trainee who also has software development skills, proficient in Javascript, Node and React. While learning our security guard business, working in the field helping run our company, you will assist our CEO with staffing, HR, and admin responsibilities. Getting a guard card may be required. You would also assist with the development and launch of our new time and attendance and scheduling software solution that will have a special HR messaging tool, ensuring there are no problems in the workplace such as:
*all previous pay was complete and accurate
*meal and rest breaks were taken consistent with law
*no harassment, discrimination, off-the-clock-work, injury
Our guard company already uses an Excel-based Messaging system and, because of it's success, we want to create a legacy, commercial-grade version of it, use it for our guard company and also sell it on the open market along a time-and -attendance and scheduling solution.
This is NOT a remote position. Flexible hours and work schedule is appreciated. You must be able and willing to work at assigned accounts -- wherever Company needs dictate. Looking for a hard-working, disciplined, tech-savvy person to grow with our businesses.
