What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Guard Manager With Software Programming Skills position at Excalibur Security?

This job has two primary focuses:
1) As a Security Guard Manager, you help oversee a security guard company, handling various HR tasks such as hiring, training, recruiting, staffing, payroll. Working directly under our CEO, you will learn every aspect of our business. This requires you work at LA locations in a guard capacity, but generally the sites are very quiet so there is a great deal of admin to work that can be done. Prior security experience is less important than having management experience. An interest in HR and/or Management is most important.
2) as a Software Programmer, you will also be working on our new HR Compliance software we are creating and will soon be turning into a business. This software is written in Javascript, Node, and React so you should be familiar with and be able to code in these languages. While at our security sites, in addition to helping manage our employees, you will also be assisting with the development and launch of our new time and attendance and scheduling software solution. It will have a special HR messaging tool, ensuring there are no problems in the workplace such as:
*all previous pay was complete and accurate
*meal and rest breaks were taken consistent with law
*no harassment, discrimination, off-the-clock-work, injury
Our guard company already uses an Excel-based Messaging system and, because of it's success, we want to create a legacy, commercial-grade version of it, use it for our guard company and also sell it on the open market along a time-and -attendance and scheduling solution.
This is NOT a remote position. Flexible hours and work schedule is appreciated. You must be able and willing to work at assigned accounts -- wherever Company needs dictate. Looking for a hard-working, disciplined, tech-savvy person to grow with our businesses.
