Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Project Manager. The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for managing electrical projects from beginning to end. This includes managing budgets, coordinating with employees and subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage all financial aspects of projects through active job and industry projections.
- Work closely with field supervisors and project coordinators to assign and monitor tasks.
- Overseeing several projects simultaneously in an exciting and fast-paced industry.
- Manage motivated people that enjoy embarking in a competitive environment.
- Developing timescales, costs, and resources to increase margin and reduce inefficiencies.
- Financial negotiations with designers, general contractors, and vendors.
- Provide design ideas and alternative methods to reduce customer costs.
- Develop and maintain a network of professional relationships.
- Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement and overall growth.
- Maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring the project is in strict compliance with Exceed safety.
- Comply with standards and OSHA.
- Improve project productivity and performance on high-impact projects.
- Consistently reduce inefficiencies with your field team.
- Strengthen relationship with general contractors and ownership groups.
- Gain a strategic understanding of Exceed’s goals and implement relevant initiatives.
Salary: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year based on prior experience
