We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Assist customers with product information and general inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to type efficiently and use basic office software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is preferred
- Experience in a call center or sales environment is advantageous
