What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Business Development Rep position at Excel Global Solutions?
Preferred Qualifications -
- Need someone experience selling within: Industrial, institutional, warehouse/distribution and data centers – construction or capital improvement remodeling sales background.
- A solid understanding of commercial property and facilities management in the multi-site industrial and warehouse distribution industries in which the company operates is crucial.
- This person will need to live in the DMV market
Responsibilities:
- Selling to property owners with locations that have footprints greater than 100,000 square feet. They will be used to calling on the owners or site managers, plant managers, building managers, property managers, REITS.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
