We’re a start-up candy and nutraceutical manufacturing company in Pflugerville, Texas, on a mission to create high-quality products that delight our customers. We’re looking for a motivated, bilingual leader to join our team and help oversee operations in our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in packing manufactured candy goods into bottles and bags.
- Assemble boxes and operate label machines to ensure efficient production.
- Organize and manage warehouse activities, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team members in both Vietnamese and English to provide clear instructions and resolve any issues.
- Train and motivate team members to meet daily production goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Multitask effectively while maintaining high attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent people skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, packaging, or a similar role is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
