Job Purpose
The primary purpose of the Recruitment and Sales Manager position is to perform the recruitment and onboarding of new field personnel and maintain that the on-going personnel requirements are met. Assists overseeing field staff with input from scheduling coordinator for the personnel and clinical issues that occur. Performs Marketing and Sales to referral and recruitment. Under the direction of the General Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit, Interview and Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of all applications. Ensure that the proper required documentation is collected. Runs or ensures all required reports and background checks. Orients new hires.
- Provides input in the development of written job descriptions and is responsible for completing performance appraisals of staff consistent with agency policies.
- Distributes new hires and monitors status of new/pending nurses. Assigns follow up recruitment call and mailings on inactive and prospective staff. Prepare monthly recruitment and schedule statistical reports including any significant variances. Ensure clock in in EMR are performed correctly.
- Performs Human Resource documentation and procedures to ensure proper processing is performed on all office and field staff as required by law. Performs required monthly and annual HR compliance duties. Screens, interviews, hire employees. Disciplines and fires employees according to policy and with coordination from Office Manager, Director or Designee.

- Maintains confidentiality of all pertinent information to assure agency, staff and client rights are protected.
- Ensures clients’ rights to fair and equitable treatment, maintains a respectful work environment to both staff and clients. Respect the right of clients to wage a complaint. Try to resolve client and staff complaints and keeps supporting documentation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ensure Yearly HR paperwork is updated in a timely manner.
