- Content Development: Create engaging and visually compelling content—including posts, videos, stories, and reels—tailored to various platforms.
- Platform Management: Oversee the daily management of social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions by actively responding to comments, messages, and discussions to strengthen relationships with our online audience.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and manage paid and organic social media campaigns, including promotions, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
- Performance Analysis: Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions, using insights to optimize strategy and reporting findings to stakeholders.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep Excel Medical at the forefront of digital engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice and messaging across all channels.
