Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and developing business opportunities across multiple platforms. You will work closely with both the marketing and sales teams to develop and optimize campaigns, engage with potential customers, and help achieve business growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, strategies with LinkedIn
- Create and schedule engaging content to drive audience growth and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, respond to comments, and foster online communities.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
- Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SEO, paid ads, and content marketing.
- Work with the creative team to design assets (graphics, videos, etc.) for campaigns.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
- Track, report, and analyze campaign performance, making recommendations for optimization.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through social media engagement, lead generation, and targeted outreach. Mainly with LinkedIn and outlook
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business growth objectives.
- Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and business strategies.
- Brand Awareness & Strategy:
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging social media tools to stay ahead of the curve.
- Build and refine the company’s brand voice and presence across digital platforms.
- Assist in the development of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive long-term business success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Hubspot).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Experience working in a B2B or tech-focused environment.
