We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in a fantastic municipal office setting in Santa Maria, CA. This is a great opportunity for anyone with office/clericalexperience, so if you’re interested, submit your resume now because this position will fill quickly!
This is a temporary position expected to last around 3 months. The schedule is from Monday to Thursday, with one 8 hour day and three 4 hour days worked every week. The rate of pay ranges from $22 to $26/hr, DOE.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handles scheduling and processing personnel forms.
- Performs light accounting and takes meeting notes.
- Orders supplies and sends out mail.
- Supports the department & director as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Word, Excel, and Adobe experience desired.
- Client uses a very old financial system, experience using one is helpful.
- Confidentiality is a must.
