Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that budgets are adhered to, costs are controlled, change orders are entered, contracts are reconciled, and financial records are accurate. This position requires a strong understanding of construction processes, contract management, job cost accounting, and financial reporting.
- 15% - Project set up review, including Schedule of Values Review & Budget Review
- 20% - Ongoing job cost and forecasting analysis
- 10% - Assist with monthly job cost reviews
- 10% - Review and submit monthly AIA invoices
- 10% - Process supplier lien waivers
- 10% - Project invoice collections (Pay Applications / AIA)
- 10% - Assist with accounting projects
- 10% - Change order Review / Maintenance
- 5% - Other duties, as assigned
