Duties & Responsibilities
Legacy Architecture, Inc. is seeking a full-time Architectural Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our team. The individual will work in partnership with the principal architect and fellow team members to fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:
- Manages multiple small-medium projects through all phases of design and construction
- Coordinates all aspects of assigned projects, estimates scope of work, and prepares strategic plans for project success to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects
- Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the program, schedule, budget, and scope of work to completion to the client’s satisfaction
- Leads team communications and coordination/collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts.
- Provides project team assignments, oversees and monitors work for accuracy, omissions, and legibility
- Keeps principal architect informed of project progress
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $69,511.44 - $83,712.70 per year
