Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Manage construction activities for RNG Dairy sites by evaluating specifications to plan procedures, setting project goals and deadlines, prioritizing schedules, and overseeing staffing requirements for each phase of construction.Monitor and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Conduct construction activities within federal, state, and local environmental rules and regulations ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulations.Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications. Manage change orders to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules.Manage and monitor labor, equipment, and materials on-site.Maintain accurate daily activity and progress records via daily or weekly reports and photo documentation.Regularly communicate with the RNG PM and provide regular updates.Inspect the work in progress, drawings, and specifications to ensure that workmanship conforms to contract specifications and the adherence to construction schedules. Address issues and resolve conflicts that arise during construction.Ensure quality control and compliance with the owner’s program.Collaborate with stakeholders to address any site-specific concerns including partnering with the Project Team to channel communication with clients on change orders.Interface with respective public and regulatory officials including building inspectors ensuring proper inspections.

Pay: $65,790.02 - $79,230.98 per year
