    • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities You'll Love :

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, reporting changes in health status to the appropriate healthcare provider.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring proper documentation of care provided.
  • Provide support and guidance to nursing assistants and other support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and best practices.

    What We Look For :

  • Current, valid LPN license in Delaware.
  • Previous experience as an LPN, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to assess patient needs and respond accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
