NOW HIRING : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Shifts :

7AM-3 : 30 PM Monday-Friday (Full-time)
7AM-11AM Monday-Friday (Part-time)
3PM-11 : 30 PM (Full-time with Every Other Weekends)
12PM-8 : 30 PM Monday-Friday (Full-time)
PRN All Shifts

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities You'll Love :

Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, reporting changes in health status to the appropriate healthcare provider.

Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring proper documentation of care provided.

Provide support and guidance to nursing assistants and other support staff.

Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and best practices.

NOW HIRING : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

What We Look For :

Current, valid LPN license in Delaware.

Previous experience as an LPN, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.

Strong clinical skills and the ability to assess patient needs and respond accordingly.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
