We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician who can contribute to our company’s growth and success. The successful candidate will be a team player, career minded and be a self-starter.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure operation of CNC equipment and all other plant equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on cnc mills, lathes, welders and other equipment.
- Ability to understand and follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications.
- Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
- Use of equipment such as hoists, cranes, hand and power tools.
- Perform calibration and leveling of cnc machinery and equipment per spec.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities on various types of equipment.
- Perform facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and some building and grounds.
- Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- All other duties as assigned
Education:
· Associates degree preferred
· 5 plus years of relevant experience preferred
