Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with experience in robotics and automation? We are looking for a Field Service III Sr. professional to join our team in Elk Grove Village! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-pressure situations, enjoys working with cutting-edge technology, and has strong troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Perform daily inspections of robots and connected equipment
✔️ Boot up associated systems and troubleshoot any issues
✔️ Set up environments and help robots perform pre-defined use cases
✔️ Record and document system performance, issues, and areas for improvement
✔️ Assist customers in picking and replenishing goods for robot operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
🔹 Experience with command line interface on Linux systems
🔹 Ability to write procedures and work instructions
🔹 Experience in training others (a plus)
🔹 Previous experience working with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs).
🔹 Professional experience with a medium level of responsibility
🔹 Passion for new technologies and innovation
