13 weeks Contracts in Manhattan, NY for Nurse Educators (Psych)
Format: Local and Traveler
Shift: Flexible
Schedule: 5 days*8 hours
Pay Range: $95/hr - $100/hr
Required:
- Recent 1-2 years experience as nurse educator with psych/ behavioral health background/knowledge.
- BSN required, MSN preferred
- CPI/PMCS required
- BLS-AHA
- NYS RN License
- Experience of 3 years as a RN in hospital, medical centers, healthcare centers.
- FLU vaccine mandated.
Duties
- Develop, implement and conduct educational programs for nursing staff and students.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through assessments and feedback.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate curricula.
- Stay updated on current nursing practices, HIPAA regulations, and advancements in medical education.
- Mentor new nurses and provide guidance on best practices in patient care.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance professional development among nursing staff.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $95.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
