Our client has a new opportunity for a qualified Deskside Support AV Tech to join their team onsite in Boston, MA. This tech will provide technical support for our client’s online classrooms.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the online classrooms, ensuring every participant can log on quickly and that there are no issues with participants or technology
- Troubleshoot and make sure everyone is connected
- Will be primarily using we-connect and Zoom
- Solid deskside technician support skills
- Experience with we-connect and Zoom
- Strong focus on customer service - will be dealing with CEOs and executives, as they are who the classes are designed for
- Experience supporting online meetings
- Curious about technology, especially AV technology
