Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Service Technician to join their team onsite in St Louis, MO and provide end-user support. The technician will follow a set weekly route, supporting 4 assigned store locations, with a focus on ensuring reliable technical performance and customer satisfaction.
Duties And Responsibilities
The rate for this position is between $19.00 - $20.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform on-site technical support and troubleshooting at assigned retail store locations
- Follow a consistent weekly route visiting approximately 2 stores per day
- Install Printers and Desktops
- Provide end-user support for hardware and basic networking issues
- Maintain professionalism and clear communication with store contacts and support teams
- Track time and service activities through mobile ticketing systems or documentation platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations or equipment coordination
- Maintain company-issued vehicle and tools responsibly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent professionalism and customer service presence
- Proficiency in CAT6 cabling, punch-downs, and terminations
- Basic understanding of networking, PC troubleshooting, and field repair techniques
