Registered Nurse - Hospice: Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Gabriel Valley, San Bernardino County
Bayview Hospice is actively recruiting for a RN Clinical Supervisor to perform home hospice visit in the Los Angeles, Orange County, San Gabriel Valley, San Bernardino County areas. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate nursing staff activities and patient care within a healthcare facility
- Implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training and mentoring
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
- Handle patient complaints or concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of post-discharge care
Skills:
- Proficiency in documentation systems such as Hospice MD
- Ability to perform triage assessments and make appropriate decisions for patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire nursing staff
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
