We are currently seeking a talented Level 2 Desktop Support to join our client for an onsite position supporting their Kensington, PA and Murrysville, PA locations. The ideal person is dependable and presentable, the face of the IT department. This will be a 1 year contract with opportunity for yearly extension. This role will work one of a variety of shifts, depending on department needs. (3 : 00pm to 11 : 00pm, 2 : 00pm to 10 : 00pm, or 11 : 00am to 8 : 00pm)
Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
Imaging machines
Perform standard hardware replacement
Basic Network background
Proficient in Win11, laptops and desktops
Able to troubleshoot wireless and connectivity issues
Basic Apple knowledge
Supporting manufacturing division and sales
Strong customer soft skills
Certifications are preferred, but not required
