Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer to join their team onsite in Cambridge, MA. This role will provide deskside and general IT support in addition to focused support in onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Job Overview :
Performing software break / fix
Trouble shoot, diagnose, image reinstall software and provide moves adds and changes
Knowledge of weekly inventory reconciliation
Knowledge of ServiceNow required
Must understand Service Level Agreements (SLA) and maintain compliance, SLA's are managed on a transaction basis
Attention to detail while maintaining accuracy and consistency
