Looking for PT In Home Caregiver for a client in Detroit, ONLY ABOUT 5 MINUTES FROM HARPER WOODS. The client has a memory loss disorder, so experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia is a plus. Hours are Mon to Fri, 4pm to 7pm. No weekends! This is a terrific way to supplement your income as well, without working weekends. 15 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITEIS
- Provide routine individualized care for the client following a plan of care
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a caregiving mentality
- Ability to utilize an electronic timekeeping system
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience in caregiving (informal OR formal)
- Experience transferring a patient preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass a background check
- At least 18 years old
