The Operations Manager will be responsible for the strategic implementation of our marketing plan, building and leading a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and establishing a strong and sustainable presence within the Maryland community. Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and develop long-term goals and objectives for the agency in alignment with its mission and values.
- Oversee and implement the agency's marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and community engagement initiatives.
- Manage the agency's financial resources, ensuring budget adherence, cost-effectiveness, and financial sustainability.
- Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of skilled nurses, aides, and administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered care that meets all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, social workers, senior centers, and other community organizations in Howard County to build referral networks.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including those related to Residential Service Agencies in Maryland and Maryland Medicaid.
- Represent the agency in the community and build a strong brand reputation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Cultivate a culture of compassion, respect, and ethical conduct throughout the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
