Excellere Construction, LLC is a fast-growing company that specializes in the construction of road improvement projects and multi-use trails. Excellere execute infrastructure project for Cities, Counties, and GDOT.

We are seeking an experienced Road Improvement / Heavy Highway Construction project manager. This person will work under the supervision of a Georgia registered Professional Engineer, PE.

Our Ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering. (MANDATORY)
  • Over 5 years of experience managing road infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings.
  • Good interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized and can meet stringent deadlines

Duties:

  • Plan all construction operations.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality control
  • Coordinate / schedule sub-contractors.
  • Purchasing construction materials.
  • Prepare subcontractor agreement for sub-contractors.
  • Prepare submittals.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Prepare Request for Information as needed.
  • Prepare pay applications / Invoices.
  • Review and approved invoices from subcontractors and suppliers.
