Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities to ensure project requirements are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflicts in a proactive manner.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to maximize team performance and morale.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in managing civil construction projects, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction methods in earthwork, utilities, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
