Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Oversee procurement, subcontracting, and cost control.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and safety standards.
- Address risks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize efficiency.
- Assist in estimating and bidding processes.
- Manage equipment usage, rentals, and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience managing heavy/highway construction projects.
- Knowledge of DOT, Corps of Engineers, and highway construction regulations.
- Experience with bridges, highways, utilities, or large-scale earthworks.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary : $90,000 - $160,000
