Family and Parent Support
Duties:
-Provide home and virtual family support and education
- Family meetings for newly enrolled
- Virtual and Parent Coaching using a BST model for challenging behavior, parent support, and intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with lead BCBA to understand intervention plan
- Collaborate with BT/RBT staff to understand 'what works' strategies
- Complete documentation associated with role to include notes, data analysis, etc.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Behavior Analyst
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the behavioral health field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
License needed:
BCBA
