Excelraise, LLC is seeking an Business System Analyst / Project coordinator (System Integration) for our client in Columbia, SC.
***This is a 50% Remote Job***
***Standard Hours Mon -Fri 8am-5pm EST. Could be occasional after-hours/weekend support. Will be coordinated as-needed***
***Some flexibility may be possible. We prefer people to start between 7 & 9 AM (finishing between 4 & 6 PM)***
Daily duties / responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator will be part of the Systems Integration team focusing on Public Health integration and system modernization projects associated with Lab, Disease Surveillance, and other Health systems as needed. The candidate will work in a team environment with other Information Technology staff, Program Area system Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SME), contract and vendor staff, and external partners. The Coordinator is needed to assist in managing project activities and team resources. This position may serve as a formal team leader.
Required skills:
- Ability to analyze and document, business and system processes using various methods and tools.
- Knowledge of information technology field, best practices, organization, and operations
- Expertise designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements
- Written communications skills, verbal communications skills.
- Understanding of it development and implementation projects
- MS OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, VISIO), MS SHAREPOINT
- Ability to deal effectively with the needs of technical peers, technical and user management, users, vendors, and staff members, and to communicate clearly and effectively in spoken and written form

Required education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience
