- Assist in resolving operational issues affecting admissions processes.
- Support marketing efforts to increase referrals and admissions.
- Educate visitors on resident care procedures and policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and community organizations.
- Ensure accurate financial verification before admission.
- Stay updated on Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care reimbursement processes.
- Report monthly statistics to the team.
- Knowledge of Medicare requirements and insurance providers.
- Familiarity with EMR software systems.
- Understanding of CMS guidelines and DOH regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
