Key Responsibilities

• Evaluation & Planning: Collaborate in assessing residents and crafting individualized treatment plans.
• Promoting Independence: Empower residents to master daily tasks and regain independence.
• Resident Support: Monitor and guide residents in completing prescribed therapeutic activities.
• Rehabilitation Assistance: Help residents recover from injury, illness, or other health challenges to achieve their highest potential.
• Confidentiality: Ensure all resident information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.
• Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with interdisciplinary teams to drive exceptional care outcomes.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Florida State COTA License: A current Florida COTA license is required.
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience in long-term care settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
