As a Recreation Aide, you'll have the opportunity to bring joy and happiness to our residents through engaging recreational programs tailored to their interests. You'll play a crucial role in creating a vibrant and enjoyable environment by organizing monthly festivities and parties that will leave lasting memories for our residents.

Requirements:

• Enjoy a consistent work schedule with hours from 9 am to 5 pm allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
• Be a key player in our dedicated team, providing your talents every other weekend, contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and health as Covid vaccinations, including the Booster, are required for all staff members.
• Showcase your excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude as you work harmoniously with your colleagues to create a supportive and caring atmosphere.
• Prior experience as a Recreation Leader is preferred, highlighting your potential to excel in this role.
• Display strong organizational and leadership abilities, ensuring smooth program execution and effective coordination with fellow team members.
