We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Coordinator with expertise in healthcare HR and payroll. If you have a passion for employee engagement, compliance, and recruitment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of Human Resources and Payroll, including employee morale programs, payroll changes, terminations, resignations, benefits, I-9s, workers’ compensation, disability claims, and FMLA.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Department of Health requirements.
• Manage recruitment efforts: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws.
• Handle employee relations and sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 3 years of HR experience, specifically in healthcare and payroll processing.
• Union experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential matters efficiently.
