We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Coordinator with expertise in healthcare HR and payroll. If you have a passion for employee engagement, compliance, and recruitment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of Human Resources and Payroll, including employee morale programs, payroll changes, terminations, resignations, benefits, I-9s, workers’ compensation, disability claims, and FMLA.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Department of Health requirements.
- Manage recruitment efforts: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws.
- Handle employee relations and sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- 3 years of HR experience, specifically in healthcare and payroll processing.
- Union experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential matters efficiently.
