Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of Human Resources and Payroll , including employee morale programs, payroll changes, terminations, resignations, benefits, I-9s, workers’ compensation, disability claims, and FMLA.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Department of Health requirements.
- Manage recruitment efforts : sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws.
- Handle employee relations and sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
