Position: Human Resources Director

Shift: Full-Time

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Personnel Management: Oversee recruitment processes, maintain compliance with employee records, and manage attendance and leave policies.
• Performance Evaluation: Ensure timely performance assessments and assist department heads in taking necessary actions.
• Policy & Compliance: Interpret and enforce policies, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Employee Engagement: Develop morale-boosting programs and serve as a liaison between employees, union representatives, and management.
• Training & Development: Lead new employee orientation, coordinate ongoing training initiatives, and maintain accurate training records.
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain required postings, handle unemployment claims, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Recruitment & Counseling: Assist in hiring, training, counseling, and disciplinary procedures as needed.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or skilled nursing facility.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
