Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to physicians, supervisors, or other healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document resident care plans, updates, and interventions accurately.
- Assist in supervising CNAs and other support staff to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide a holistic approach to resident care.
- Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Current and valid LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
- A minimum of 1 year of nursing home or long-term care experience is required.
- Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills.
- Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently during overnight weekend shifts.
- LPN: Up to $30/hour shift differential
- RN: Up to $35/hour $8 shift differential
