- Ensure the facility and grounds are safe, clean, and orderly.
- Perform essential repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and more.
- Handle tools and equipment with precision and care.
- Address minor repairs throughout the facility with attention to detail.
- Maintain HVAC systems by regularly changing filters.
- Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
- Skills in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, flooring, painting, and snow removal.
