Position: Maintenance Assistant
Facility: Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Melbourne
Pay Rate: $17–$19/hr (Full-time, depending on experience)
Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (Weekends needed)
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the facility and grounds are safe, clean, and orderly.
Perform essential repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and more.
Handle tools and equipment with precision and care.
Address minor repairs throughout the facility with attention to detail.
Maintain HVAC systems by regularly changing filters.

Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
Skills in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, flooring, painting, and snow removal.
