RN Supervisor (3pm-11pm)

Facility: Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center

Job Title: RN Supervisor

Location: Rahway, NJ

Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM

Salary: $95,000 per year

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily nursing department functions
• Ensure nursing personnel adhere to job descriptions and facility policies
• Participate in facility surveys and audits as requested
• Conduct daily rounds to maintain high nursing standards and quality of care
  
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in the State of New Jersey
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Nursing Home with managerial experience preferred
• Proven leadership and management skills in a healthcare setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
